Payment Policy:

All private lessons must be paid at the front desk before or immediately after the lesson. Any late payments will incur an automatic late fee of $15 per lesson. If a past lesson, including the late fee, is not paid by the time of the next scheduled lesson, all future lessons will be automatically canceled until the past-due balance is paid in full. Lessons may be paid by cash, check, or card, and may also be automatically charged to the card on file.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy:

Lessons that are cancelled without 24 hour notice will be charged in full. In situations where one partner cancels, the other will be scheduled for a solo lesson unless we’re notified 24 hours in advance that both are canceling. If cancellation is due to sickness or last minute emergencies, students must message the day before or morning of by 9 am. The partner who is not sick or doesn't have an emergency is still expected to fill the spot as a solo and pay their half of the lesson. This lesson will not be a full 45 minute lesson but a half of a lesson. If the partner that isn’t sick or has an emergency wants the full 45 minute lesson then they will need to pay for a full lesson. If the spot is able to be filled by another couple, your partnership will be notified. Please be courteous of our teachers and employees time by giving them as much notice in advance possible. Thank you!

Membership:

Membership fees run on the 1st of the month. Any requests to change or cancel a membership must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the 1st of the month. No refunds will be given after the 1st of the month. A late fee of $50 will be added if payment is not received by the 5th of the month. Every member is required to have a valid card on file for automatic membership payments on the 1st of each month. Attendance to classes or practice will not be permitted without an active membership.

12-Month Membership Cancellation Policy (Medical Exception):

The 12-month membership agreement may only be canceled early in the event of an injury or documented health issue. If a medical condition prevents participation, the agreement may be terminated without penalty. Written notice and/or documentation from a medical professional may be required for verification.
